Publisher: Onibatan Music. This work is scored for six dizis (Chinese bamboo flutes), pipa, guzheng, vibraphone and erhu. It was commissioned by dizi master Zhang Weiliang for a first performance at the National Centre for the Performing Arts in Beijing in December 2018. The source material comes from Debussy’s “Reflets dans l’Eau”, a piece for solo piano from the collection “Images”.
